They become more comfortable and confident with my media training. My on-camera training technique helps them look and sound better on-camera.

Having conducted more than 20,000 interviews, I know what makes news, how to craft messages that cut through the clutter, how to tell a story – and how not to. I have experience as a print reporter, a broadcast journalist and continuing contributor to a leading Internet magazine. During my career in television news, I was the recipient of six Emmy awards. Two of my Emmys were for “Outstanding On Camera Talent.” One year, the Associated Press named me “Outstanding Reporter.”

I’ve seen it all. I reported on wars, crime, politics, and technology. I’ve conducted thousands of interviews. So I know what you’ll be asked and how to form the best answers.

My work has been featured in many national newscasts and featured at the Smithsonian Institution.

Besides heading up Manny Ramos Communications I am also proud to be an associate of the Civiello Communications Group one of the leading media training and presentation coaching companies in the country.

I am an instructor at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. I have lectured at the University of California-Berkeley, San Francisco State University, and San Jose State University. I had the honor of being inducted into the Silver Circle of the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences and am a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists. I am also a member of the Broadcast Legends organization.

I live in Marin County, California with my incredible wife, Robin, where we take orders from our amazing daughter, Gracie and very energetic golden retriever, Sunshine.
